FIREARMS POLICY

AAA Pawnbrokers, Inc., AAA Pawn  is a FFL  holder who sells new and used firearms. In compliance with federal regulations, we comply to the age restrictions for all firearms. For rifles and shotguns, individuals are required to be 18 years of age or older. For pistols, individuals are required to be 21 years of age. 

ONLINE PURCHASES / TRANSFERS

AAA Pawn uses GunBroker for firearm sales. Please see our GunBroker store at AAAPawnAuctions also provides a transfer service for firearms to other FFL Dealers. All firearms are required to be shipped to another FFL Dealer. The FFL Dealer will need to send AAA Pawn a copy of their current FFL to be verified before any shipment.

SHIPPING

AAA Pawn will only ship to other verified FFL Dealers and require a copy of their current FFL before shipment. All FFLs are verified online through the FFL EZ Check https://fflezcheck.atf.gov/fflezcheck/

All firearms via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation, ID verification, and insurance (if applicable). The FFL dealer who receives the firearm is responsible for the Form 4473 before letting an individual take possession of the firearm.  

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELATIONS

All firearm sales are final with a potential restock fee. It is the responsibility of the FFL dealer we ship to to check for any damages that may have incurred during shipping so a claim can be filed as soon as possible.
