Other second-hand stores that provide a warranty through 3rd party companies on pre-owned items, will pass the cost to customers through the asking price. We try to avoid that.

For an item to be approved as a "Return", it has to be defective upon arrival. This applies to items purchased online such as electronic. If a golf club is broken, we would not advertise it for sale.
