Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be accepted if the purchased item is proven not to function as intended at the time of sale. The customer must initiate a return within 72 hours of the purchase date and provide the original receipt. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was sold. After the 72-hour period has expired, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
