This is a Silver Coin that was recovered from the 1715 Spanish Fleet returning from the New World to Spain. At two in the Morning on Wednesday July 31, 1715, seven days after departing Havana, Cuba the fleet sunk in a storm. This is a true piece of history coin is Roughly 1.2 inches by 1 inch and looks to be about as thick as a Silver Dollar coin is not square. Measurement are a guess as coin is encased behind glass.
