This prestigious honor was awarded during the NPA's Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon on July 23 at the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In a remarkable dual achievement, Lisa was also elected Secretary of the National Pawnbrokers Association at the same event, highlighting the deep confidence her peers have in her leadership and dedication to advancing the pawn industry.
